Added QR codes to CERT and VECI labels, validated homologation labels across vehicle programs, and rolled out scanning updates for new part flows—keeping every part traceable from station to VIN.
Introduced option codes and BOM/TFR updates for structural changes—knuckle redesigns, a camera-mount option code, FUCA mount resourcing, and a commonized rear brake hose design for a sister program—coordinated across engineering and the line.
Supported Sun Visor Interlock and IP Scan station launches, ran HV trials on camera and motor-mount hardware, and validated a 30-VIN build for a new vehicle program—from trial to production-ready.
Resolved Batch Monitor and API errors, fixed a VIN re-insert issue, reconfigured SSO for a production line, and kept the Tire Sequence Dashboard accurate—so the floor never had to stop and wait on IT.
